awesome, good luck to the both of us! I am so nervous, I can't wait for this to be over. After waiting for months on end for USCIS' response, I feel like I've run out of patience!

Hello please can anyone tell me what is the scan date? Thanks. And how long the NVC takes to process an applicant in Ghana.

Hi, your scan date is the day that NVC receives your case.  I'm not sure about the process for Ghana

A scan date is when you send in the IV and AOS packet to NVC. Once NVC recives your packet of IV and AOS then NVC will scan it into there system. This is a scan date

. After you send the IV and AOS packet to NVC give it a couple days to call and ask for your scan date. Once you get a scan date then you have 11 weeks to wait until they approve your documents. Once that is approved in 11 weeks they will send Interview date. Depending on where your interview may be at it all depends on when it will be. It coukd be one month, two months depending on the Consult where your interview may be. Everyone usally has a 11 week wait. A. James.
