G-325A forms not required?

So are you seeing the I-129F form WITH the I-94 section or the one WITHOUT it?

And which one is the "new" one?

My brain hurts.... but I hope someone has clarification.

I'm seeing the same thing. I think you're reading it wrong,. though. Page 4 (the 1st image) refers to Part 1. Page 5 of the instructions (the last image) refers to Part 2 of the I-129F.

hahaha you're right! On one I scrolled further than the other! You're a genius, and I am a doofus!

I got confused because they start the numbers over again. My bad! Embarrassed too!

That is weird. Control + F5 on it (if you're viewing via the browser)? I tried both the "old" URL and "new" URLs they're using to deliver files:

https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

I agree - G-325A shouldn't be needed anymore and I don't see anything saying it actually is required (only an outdated checklist). All references to the G-325A were removed from the instructions as well as from the USCIS website for the I-129F.

This clarifies a lot!

Agree with the conclusion above.. G325 no longer needed. The checklist seems to not have been updated, as the section it refers to in the I129f instructions has no conection to a G325 form

Agreed!

Yeah the g-325a is probably not needed for the i-129f anymore. I wouldn't take a chance though, it's still a bit too early to be 100% sure. It takes a couple of minutes to fill out the g-325a and it won't cost you anything, I would include it if I were you.

What if they say that I am not following directions by sending an unneeded form? Ahaha, do you see what I am saying?

Tons of people send too much stuff with the i-129f package. They will just ignore the things they don't need. A g-325a won't hurt you.

This is what the USCIS website told me. So, I should still send it, even though the new I-129F has the G-325A's information and the G-325A has been removed from the instructions completely?

I just filed this month and I sent it in anyway, just as a precaution. I couldn't find anything on the site that says on the official site that says not to do it, so I'd rather just have them throw it away if not needed rather than get an RFE

The questions are totally repetitive though, so I'm leaning towards it be "not required"

When it was required it was listed on the USCIS website. There's a reason it's not listed anymore. :)

But it's not like it's going to hurt your case to send it, and it won't do any good either. They will just ignore it or throw it.
