I originally posted this in the April 2017 filers forum but, since it didn't get there until May 1, I guess it belongs here...

Hello, everyone.  So excited to have made it to this point!  Sent my I-129F packet on April 28... no NOA1 yet but I see that they've cashed my check.  :))

Hey guys! I'm new here :)

so, my fiance sent the form on apr 24, they received it on apr 27. The check got cashed out this morning but no text or email yet!

 

God, this makes me sooo anxious haha

Mine sent our papers on April 28th. Today he received an email that our papers are being sent to California. Yayy. I feel you, waiting game sucks. hahha

But it'll be worth it!

Same here. California, heard they have a big delay on the cases now :(

Today 5/4 the $535 check cleared my account and later this afternoon text came in stating 5/1 receipt date.

Just filled in some time line info.

 

Next up is waiting for paper NOA 2 Form I-797C should be here next week.

Hi everyone!!

Our k1 visa stuff was derived to USCIS on 28th, but the check is not deposited and of course noa1 yet....I'm so so worrying  :crying:

If our stuff is rejected, how can we know that? 

We sent G-1145 form, so we can get noa1 by text or email first.

If they reject our application, they send text or email us???

You don't have to be worried, but we understand you. If they reject your application, they will mail the package back with the check. However, it is normal to take a few more days than the usual. I heard that some people mailed the package like 2 weeks ago and got nothing yet, so try to relax a little, if it's possible. I'm sure you're fine ;)
