I recently entered the US, I went too look after my driver's permit and I realize I have the wrong DOB in my Visa...so the Lady said she can't do it unless both the passport and Visa dates match...what should I do?

I haven't received my green card as yet.

Something similar happened to my fiancé mother.. she went to get a passport and her birth certificate and her Id has two different birthdays so she had to use the incorrect one on her birth certificate

You will have to wait until you can correct your green card to get a driver's license.

Once you get your green card, it will also have the wrong birthdate.  You will have to have that corrected.  That will take months.

Your mistake of not checking the visa as instructed may serve as a warning to others to help them avoid this mistake.

Sorry.
