Proof of domicile

Proof of domicile can joint sponsor make it

& petitioner's civil documents what does it mean and who have to providing

It just means the permanent address for the petitioner. Where they live. Do they have a lease, a mortgage, live with family etc.

No joint sponsor does not do anything with this.

It's all on the petitioner to prove he domiciles in the USA.

 

Proof you live there and are active there basically.

But my wife lived out side United States long time ago and she have nothing proof of domicile to provide so what we should do 🤔

I can't provide proof of domicile because my amircan wife lived abroad long time ago so what shall I do

She needs to get some kind of US address, show that she filled taxes, find a job in the US, etc. There, what's how you get your proof.

Agreed! Is she living in the US? If so you need her address. If she isn't then she needs to before you file.

How could i providing proof of domicile when the petitioner lived outside usa for long time and joint sponsor can not do it for the petitioner so it's mean my ir1 visa cannt get it.

By the way my wife has only bank account include some thousands .and joint sponsor her brother has a leasing house and we always using his adress as a family house

One option is, instead of proving domicile, proving intent to re-establish domicile.  For example, enroll any kids you have in IS schools, have your wife sign up to job agencies in the USA and start looking for jobs.  Maybe visit the USA for a few weeks, get a drivers license, register to vote if she is not currently, look for a home to rent/ buy etc.

We live in egypt now .and I has amircan child too so I don't want she move first I want moving together so there's no way .

Second can her brother do for us rent contract as he house owner for example
