I got a letter from USCIS and I thought it was going to be the NOA hardcopies, but it's the biometrics appointment. Isn't that strange, getting the biometrics before the NOA

Oh well, going for my biometrics on the 26th. :)

That is a bit strange. Sounds like you'll have your NOA1(s) soon, though!

BTW, I sent my wife's AOS/EAD/AP packet by "Priority Mail" and it took over a week to go from Philly to Chicago. Not exactly the "priority" I expected!

That is a long time. At least you know it arrived. Did you get texts and emails yet?

My 3 NOAs just arrived in the mail, btw.

Hello, everyone. I received the text and email notifications for all 3 applications, i.e. AOS, EAD and AP, last Thursday evening (April 13th). And today I received the physical NOA1s for EAD and AP only. I am under the impression that USCIS sends the 3 letters all at the same time. Is this not the case?

I have also checked my digital copy of Form I-485 just to be sure that my address is correct; and it is.

Anybody here who has this same experience? If so, did you do anything to retrieve the letter? I am slighty stressed due to this missing AOS NOA1 hard copy letter. From what I have been told, I must have a copy of it with me whenever I go out.

Thank you very much, and God bless, everyone.

Oh, it is not just me. But in my case, it is the AOS NOA1 that I haven't received. 😔

I am also waiting for feedbacks.

@Nin&Way Had it been the AP NOA1 letter, I would not bother, but it's the AOS so I am quite panicky. 😭

Oh well,  I am hoping that the mailman just missed it and would re-deliver our letters tomorrow. 🙂

Hi there! Yup, hopefully it won't be long. I have my Alien number when my I-129f was approved. I have my SSN but with restriction and I got my state ID too. I was surprised because they said you can't apply for SSN unless you have your GC or EAD at least but I tried and I got it without hassle. Hopefully, GC will be no hassle too 😊
