Hello April filers!

 

Today noon I filed the AOS (including EAD and AP forms) package. According to USPS it will be delivered on Thursday.

Hey all, just checking in. Sent off my AOS this morning, wasn't quite as stressful as the I-129f but I guess that's because I'm in control now! Hope everyone is coming along nicely.

Simone, I experienced the same feeling. Despite monitoring the I-129F process by using a "picky" check list we got a RFE because my husband did not send the certified divorce degree (he had sent its draft  without stamps/signatures), I was so mad at him (he had told me everything had been sent accordingly ... etc.)

 

Now I have the control, AOS-EAD and AP were filed by me today!!!! Except I-864 Affidavit signature and data 🙄🤗😇😆 my husband was double checked by me to mitigate risks.

I'm glad there's an April thread. My packet was received March 31, which was a Friday, so I'm probably an April filer, but will participate in both threads. 

 

Cheques were finally cashed yesterday, but still waiting for email and texts.

10/16/2016 - Renewed TN for 12 month contract extension

03/29/2017 - Mailed AOS package (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131)

03/31/2017 - AOS package delivered to USCIS (Chicago Lockbox)

04/11/2017 - Cheques cashed

04/12/2017 - NOA1 (4) received by sms and email (11:30 PM CT)

04/17/2017 - NOA1 (4) received by mail (dated 04/12/17)

04/28/2017 - Biometrics letter received in the mail (dated 04/22/17)

05/09/2017 - Biometrics appointment

07/22/2017 - Text & Email of EAD approval (I-765)

07/25/2017 - Written notice by mail of EAD/AP combo card approval (I-765 & I-131)

07/26/2017 - Text & Email saying "On July 26, 2017, we mailed your new card"

07/29/2017 - Received EAD/AP combo card by mail

12/06/2017 - Received interview notice by mail (dated 11/27/2017)

01/11/2018 - GC Interview (San Antonio). Approved!

01/19/2018 - 10-year GC received in the mail.
