Hi to all filers of IR-1 / CR-1 with scan date of March 2017. Please join this thread to help/update all the people who has March 2017 NVC scan date. 

 

Please update your timeline as well as your signature with all NVC steps for better understanding of NVC stage.

 

I wish each and everyone of you a very smooth journey. BE PATIENCE, KEEP SMILING, AND ENJOY. We all are almost there to be with our loved one :)

USCIS

07/22/2016: I-130 sent to USCIS

07/25/2016: NOA1, I-130 received at USCIS Nebraska Service Center

02/14/2017: NOA2, I-130 approved (205 Days after NOA1)

02/27/2017: Approved I-130 sent to NVC

 

NVC

03/03/2017: I-130 received at NVC

03/06/2017: Case number assigned

03/10/2017: Received email with case number and invoice number & DS-261 Submitted

03/10/2017: Received & Paid AOS fees

03/14/2017: Received & Paid IV fees

03/16/2017: DS-260 available & submitted, AOS and IV packets sent to NVC

03/20/2017: Scan Date

05/22/2017: Case Complete (63 Days from Scan Date)

06/02/2017: Interview Notification received

06/22/2017:Biometrics done

07/01/2017: Medical done

07/11/2017: Interview in Mumbai (And 1st Marriage anniversary)

07/13/2017: Visa Received

07/27/2017: USA Entry

 

Removing Condition

 

04/22/2019: I-751 sent early 5 days

05/20/2019: Case was return back to me

05/30/2019: I-751 Delivered to TX (2nd time)

07/25/2019: Bio-metric completed

09/19/2019: Interview, Case Approved

09/26/2019: Green Card received 😀

Case Complete friends, Yehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I checked last night around 11:30 PM and didn't see "AT NVC". I Called the same time, 30 mins wait so just hung up. Went to bed frustrated

Hi - thought not specific to March scan dates, there is a huge thread going on about NVC March 2017, not sure if you got a chance to check it out yet :star:

03/01/17: NOA2 / I-130 Approved (letter)

03/21/17: Submitted DS-261 (Online Choice of Address and Agent)

03/22/17: Received DS-261+ AOS Bill
03/22/17: AOS Bill Paid
03/27/17: Received + Paid IV Bill

04/20/17: PCC + New Birth Certificate received (took 4+ weeks)

06/27/17: CC confirmed on the phone (NVC)

07/25/17: Medical scheduled (Max in Lajpat)

07/26/17: Medical completed (will be ready to pick up in 3-4 days)
08/01/17: Medical papers ready for pickup

08/16/17: Interview Day

08/16/17: Visa Approved - Woohoo! 💕

08/17/17: Visa issued + passport ready for pickup

08/18/17: Passport and sealed envelops picked up

08/19/17: Immigration Fee ($220) paid via ELIS

Please update each other as soon as you get CC and if your scan date is in March. I've seen end of Feb scan date started getting approval,

Great idea for this thread.   I am following timelines similar to my scan date of March 24, 2017.

Hopefully we start to see cc's for March next week.    It seems people with scans of around February 25 are starting to get cc's.  Someone posted yesterday they were processed in 9 weeks 4 days.

My husband called up NVC, they said deadline for our case is 5th June 2017. And also that it would not take more than that.

Fingers crossed.
