i filed I-130 for both of my parents in September 2016 and case went to Nebraska Service Center. Today i got 2 separate letters in mail. Request for Evidence.

-When i filed back in September 2016 i sent filled application form, Fees,  Copy of my naturalization certificate, Family Registration Certificate issued by  National Database & Registration Authority of Pakistan(not Birth Certificate. it just shows my parents and me on it registered as family and me being their son )

- I do have Urdu and English Version of my Birth Certificates but the reason i did not send them with original file is that it doe snot have my mother's name on it and just her age.

*SO NOW...: both my Dad and Mom's RFE is asking for my original(Copy) birth certificate and on my Father's RFE it is asking for "Petitioner's Legitimation"  i can send all my school records with My Father's name on them and Marriage Certificate of my parents in Urdu and English version but i am worried about my Birth Certificate not having my mother's name(this is how it was back then).

Please guide me what should i send. Thanks in Advance.

Try contacting the hospital you were born in and ask them to add your name and your parents name on it if its not mentioned or you can ask them to write a statement saying that you are their biological child and get it signed by some document. you can also get a new birth certificate from your local office where they give you all the records and ask them to add the info that you need and is missing. You can also send them school records depending if they have the info that would prove the relationship.

Your best bet is to explain this to an NVC customer service and ask them what is the best option for you.

you mean to USCIS National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283?
