Me and my husband never get along anymore because of my work I been away because of my job and now we were talking about divorce if we file divorce while my roc is in process.

the question is should I let the uscis that were going to file a divorce I mean send them an explanation letter or calling them I am so confused right now what to do.

please I need your help or any opinion?

should I wait until I get approve my roc while were in the process to divorce?

Should I withdraw the petition that I filed and file later after divorce?

Lawyer its expensive though I don't wanna spend money for lawyer but if its helping my case I will definitely get one.

Thank you for your time:)

Sorry to hear about your situation.  You can start by reading this https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-751instr.pdf.  It gives you a good idea of what to expect.  You can also google divorce and ROC and a ton of posts will come up.  There is some really great information on this forum that will help you.  As long as you don't have a complicated divorce, you should be able to do this on your own without a lawyer.  Best wishes to you.
