N-400 Question

Perhaps my fellows Canadians can confirm this?

Surprisingly it looks like I have very little to attach under the 5 year rule for N-400.   Unless I missed something it's essentially copy of my green card, payment and proof of termination for other marriages.  I do have the following 2 questions though:

For proof of termination of other marriages, is it  only for myself or do I also need to include my wife's prior marriage?

Also I am not 100% clear with the reference to dependent spouse and support payments.   I assume support payments to a former spouse (divorced) is not part of this?

Thanks

Sly

If your spouse is widowed, bring the original of his or her former spouse’s death certi cate. Ok, so not required to send with application but rather needed for interview.

Thanks

Agree - its in the section indicated to bring to the interview, not in the section immediately above which says to send with your application.

To be safe, I personally sent a copy of my husband's first marriage and brought the original with me to my citizenship interview. I included a copy of everything I brought to the interview in the original pkg.
