Hi Everyone, I need help how to correct my application for AOS, AP & EAD for my daughter K2 since I got an NOA I-797 REJECTION NOTICE. Last Feb 9, 2017, USCIS recived our papers together for AOS, EAD, AP K1&K2. And today I got a mail, my daughter's papers were all returned together with the NOA. The notice of Action for AP, is what I don't understand, it says "The principal application could not be accepted for the reason specified on the related Notice of Action (Form I-797). Therefore the processing of all riding applications connot continue." The K2 AOS, was rejected also coz I forgot to signed the box as the preparer. And also her EAD, it says One or more of the application petitions in the package you submitted were unacceptable for the reason specified on the related Notice of Action. Does anyone of you has an idea what it means the K2 AP, EAD on her notice of action. I appreciate anyone's help.

Yes when a pkg is rejected for one reason then all other reasons related to that petition also apply. So if you reject your AOS then that affects your ability to apply for AP.

Thank you Chardon Ne' , I have another question, when I opened my daughter's returned package I found my 2x2 photos instead of her photos, ? Is there any possibilities that they just unintentionally exchanged our photos or does it mean my package are coming back too? ? and by the way I made a cashiers check for me for $1,140 as a new fee, and now I am thinking if the biometric fee is even included or not in the new fee.
