My husband has file 1-130 petition for me on Dec-2014, and nothing happend yet, its in pending. I want to ask is there any measure to get mu application out of pending? Or is it the normal time every I-130 petition usually takes?

Is your husband' a USC or LPR, and where exactly (USCIS\NVC\Emb) is the case right now?

Thank u kieren and georgia, my husband is LPR, and when i look my case online it says last updated on Dec 2014, when case was filed nothing new, i guess my case is at Texas cuz my husband live there

Fozriz your husband has to call USCIS right away because your case might get terminated if nothing is happened, i filed for my wife on 21april 2015 and she has an interview on march 1st.

Thanks amir, can i call by myself to USCIS? How i would know if my case got terminated if the online status is same i-e application received on 10th Dec 2014?

I agree with calling them.

The online case status is not always updated, they may be waiting for something from you guys.  Did your husband move during that time, so that maybe mail to him from USCIS got lost?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Ok, i will call USCIS, Yes my husband move during this time but he updated USCIS his address according, yesterday i checked my case status and Emma which is new facscility at USCIS says my case is pending due to some reason and they can not tell how long it would take

That means that somebody in there have been looking at your case. But what they have been doing we'll never be told unfortunately.

It should say on your NOA1 where your case is at. 

 

It can really mean anything to be honest so all you can do is wait. OR you can submit a service request online for over processing time.

 

Look at their webpage to see how and otherwise google.
