PARENTS GREEN CARD

I filed for my parents to adjust their status and obtain a green card, they received their social and work permit , we went for an interview and I was told it was going to be approved the same day. Its been 6 months and we still waiting for it.

 

anyone has any ideas or similar experience.

Hello, have you gotten any answer already? I applied for my mom more than a year ago, she had her interview on April 2016 and they said the FBI have not cleared her records, now it is almost April 2017 and we are sill waiting, no response. When we call they just say we have to wait.
