hi.i'm 3 months pregnant and my interview schedule is on march 9 under f2b category(unmarried sons and daughter).will my pregnancy affects the approval of my visa if they'll find out that i am pregnant?will they allow me to go to the us?during my medical can they detect my pregnancy if i won't tell them that i am pregnant?pls help me.

They will probably ask you if you're pregnant on your medical, so don't lie.

First, don't try to hide anything at the medical, interview, or with CBP. Nothing good will come from that.

 

Second, the pregnancy shouldn't affect your visa eligibility AFAIK. The exceptions would potentially be the financial requirements for the sponsor since the CO looks at the entirety of the situation, not just technical minimums. The other item to consider is your suitability for flight. Once you reach a certain point, travel by airplane isn't suitable without a form.
