I have a child in Lithuania from previous marriage,will they ask for any documents about child support later in the process if will go with CR1 option? If yes which documents do i have to get since i'm still here-divorce court order where it says how much is child support,or just my bank statements?

Yes. Just remember you have to show that you are or will be living in the USA. I enjoyed my stay in Kaunas about 15 years ago.

Yes, you can do that, but showing intent to re-establish domicile is still required (but actual domicile is not required like the CR-1 process, due to the I-864).   The difference is the K-1

i have birth certificate and divorce copy so far

I have received few answers from immigration attorney if someone will have same problems like i do:

Thank you for your inquiry.  You can marry using your foreign passport.

The income requirement is solvable since you have a large amount of equity saved.

The fact that you have a child is relevant.
