I have a child in Lithuania from previous marriage, will they ask for any documents about child support later in the process if will go with CR1 option? If yes which documents do i have to get since i'm still here-divorce court order where it says how much is child support,or just my bank statements?

I have received few answers from immigration attorney if someone will have same problems like i do:

Thank you for your inquiry.  You can marry using your foreign passport.

The income requirement is solvable since you have a large amount of equity saved.

The fact that you have a child is relevant.
