My application from Dec 14th was filed on the 10th Feb. Would it be normal to not have received anything as of yet? Or am I just being incredibly impatient?

Thanks !

Sent of and paid the i130 fee December last year, received an email a week later to say it had been received and paid for on the 14th December 2016. So since then I have been waiting for approval.

Checked the USCIS website it said as of 10th February 2017 we are processing applications made on the 14 December 2016 (which is when mine was taken) yet I have no recieved anything in the post yet.

Hope that clears it up. To clarify I am not waiting for the payment to be taken I am waiting on NOA2

So we received a letter today requesting further evidence asking for the wedding registration form which we will send tomorrow (father in law went to courthouse for us today). Is a marriage certificate alone not sufficient ?

Does anyone have any idea how long this will delay the process for us?

Many thanks
