Can I ask you something? why did your biometrics appointment take so long if you filed for AOS in October already... you know the reason?

It just seems too much time for me!

Just the way it is scheduled.  

 

I filed on November 16 and didn't have biometrics until December 29.

Geographic location plays a role, but also dependent on the circumstances of a case and the individual officer who reviews it.  

 

There are people who filed after me and already have their EAD/AP.

Hi there! Thanks!

 

Hmmm, I have no idea about why it took that long for my biometrics appointment. But my case status online says that they received my Biomtetrics Fee on 17th of November.. and they received my application for AOS 7th of November.. :)

 

What about you?
