What do you mean include them without biological's parents approval? How could I? The father wanted me to include them besides kids don't just move here without both parents' consent. What are you insinuating?

What country are you from???

that makes a HUGE difference.

also, how long have u known him? how many times did u meet??

maybe you should take some time to visit him and see if you still want to be married to him and if he still wants to be in america.

He does want to come back, he says he made a big mistake and he is sorry otherwise I would not even be considering filing for him again.

Hi there!! I went through same process. I applied for i485 in august 2015 but left US on January 2016 without advance parole. I had family emergency and had to leave right away.  After coming back my wife hired attorney. My attorney sent a letter NBC to transfer my i130 from my local office to NVC. Then we started cr1 process and i am recently approved for that.

Our I-485 did not include a i130 because it was a filing from a K-1 fiance visa so you dont need to file i130.  So the cases are a bit different.  We have to start all over unfortunately.

Gosh that's a little defensive and yes the country does sometimes help for giving proper advice

yes because some embassies are harder to deal with than others - so people can give you better advice when they know with which embassy you're dealing

Just stating both parent's approval needed for minors; obvious as day, nothing to insinuate.

Oh, and since you seem to be avoiding responding to the second part.. home country does matter.

Thank you everyone for your comments and advise.  I really appreciate it.

I have decided not to file for him to come back for now. I'm not sure if I will or not in the future. As much as I still love him and still want my marriage, I'm having a hard time getting past the deceit (the way he left without letting me know) and honestly, I am also having a hard time trusting what he is telling me and wonder if he wont do this again. I'm angry and I dont know if I can let it go. So I feel its best I hold off for now.

Thank you again for taking the time to read my post and God Bless.
