Want to invite my parents visit us in usa

I am from Ukraine,came to usa for fiance visa,we got married on 4 of July, I didnt saw my parents since I left may 2016,they try to get visa for wedding and after that on my birthday,but they couldnt get visa,I dont have my green card yet,I will get it soon,what the best way to invite my parents what? they should do?what papers show?thank you guys

there is nothing you can do, an invitation on your part changes nothing, they have to apply on their own and get the tourist visa on their own merits

You cannot sponsor a tourist visa. They need to show their ties to their home country individually and on their own. A "sponsor"/invite letter from you actually works more against you than helps you since it shows ties to the US.

They can apply as often as they like but with 2 refusals certainly sounds there is an issue.

There is absolutely nothing that you or your husband can do to help your parents get tourist visas.  An invitation letter has zero value.  The US Embassy wants to see strong ties to overcome the legal presumption that a person intends to immigrate if granted the visa.  The reasons to return home are important.  The reasons for wanting to go to the US are irrelevant.

 

With 2 tourist visa denials, your parents have a very low chance of getting tourist visas anytime soon.  The more applications in a short time, the more desperate the person appears and the results are unlikely to change.

 

Save the money for a plane ticket for yourself to visit them after you get your green card.

Many new green card holders (mistakenly) believe their new LPR status makes their parents eligible\easier to obtain a B2. Not so!

I personally believe that there is nothing you can do to sponsor them. I saw many green card holders help their families to get a B2 by writing a sponsorship letter, invitation letter. Some even show their US Tax return, but all of these are useless. I even had a friend who was in the third trimester, my friend sent her parents a letter from the doctor confirming that she was about to give birth. Also, her husband invitation letter and a bunch of stuff. For whatever reason her mom got rejected.

I believe they somehow be more carefully or change their policy on giving a visa lately. It sounds like it is more difficult to obtain a B2. I'm lucky that my mom, dad and my sister got a 10 years B2. They just came to my wedding in Jan. After landing they got stuck at the immigration for almost 20 minutes. The immigration officer asked them so many questions about me and my husband. They even questioned my dad who was on the wheelchair and barely speak English.

I understand how bad it is not being able to bring your family to visit you. But if they don't have a very secure job, a good bank statement or any traveling history, it might be hard for them.
