I (petitioner) just filed (2) I-130s on behalf of my wife and my stepdaughter on Friday February 10th at USEM Manila. I have been searching through the timelines' forum to get an idea for how long this process has taken for recent filers. If anybody has filed DCF in the last month at USEM, I would like to know how long it is taking from start to finish. My wife is getting ready to give birth to our daughter in the next few days. Exciting times ahead!

The DCF process is much faster because there will be no NVC stage and you'll pass the requirements in person once you get your Manila Case Number. Filed ours last Dec. 9, NOA2 (petition approval) Jan. 6th, had my medical Jan 16-17 & interview last Jan. 27th and got approved. :)

We filed our February 3 of this year..  Called the embassy today and USCIS department personnel said that it is on process.   So God bless to all of us.  Keep us posted.  The personnel put emphasize on 30-90 days processing time. It depends I think.  Hope this helps.

Our Family

Joshua, a music lover, and Tennessee born guy met Lady Lyn, a Filipina in an online Yahoo Christian Chat while both of them were praising God in a different way.  The latter was bullied by some chatters, and courageous Joshua rescued her like a damsel in distress, that was where a new chapter of life begun with the two of them. Their marriage is blessed in many forms including of rewarding them with a beautiful and joyful baby girl named Abigail Exodus Haltom which named perfectly represents their love and life story as a family.
