my pettioner send letter to withdraw my case in nvc since 3 months and when i was check the case today on the nvc website its still there say the case send to the department of state for visa prossies so what that mean ? and what should so to withdarw my case iam the penficary

No we didn't send anything just letter to nvc to withdraw my case but when I check up the case it's still there on website so why it's still there
