1. 4 photos

2. bc - yes, photocopy of visa - yes, plus of biographic page and entry stamp

3. Yes - where you got married has nothing to do with what evidence is required

All this is in the instructions for the forms and in the VJ guides. Perhaps you should read it all through and double check everything. Since you are wondering about these things, you might have missed also smth else.

You need all of that information. Below is a list of all of the information I submitted to accompany my I-485, I-131, and I-765. I included duplicates of some of the requested evidence (like the Biographical Data Page and my Marriage Certificate). This may not be necessary, but it may help to speed things up. In addition, I was advised by a fellow vjer to include 2 passport style photos for each application, so I sent a total of 6 photos as I had 3 applications.

·

·         Form I-485: Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

o    Copy of Biographical Data Page from Passport

o    Copy of K-1 Visa, I-94, and Stamps from Passport

o    Electronic I-94 and Electronic Departure Record

o    Copy of I-797C, Notice of Action

o    Copy of I-797, Notice of Action, Approval Notice for I-129F Petition for Fiancée

o    Copy of NVC Letter

o    Copy of Birth Certificate and Birth Registration

o    Copy of Marriage Certificate

o    Passport Style Photos (2)

o    Completed G-325A

o    Completed G-325A for USC

·         DS-3025 Vaccination Record from K1 Visa

·         I-765: Application for Employment Authorization

o    Passport Style Photos (2)

o    Copy of I-94 Admission Record

o    Copy of NVC Letter from original I-129F Petition

o    Copy of Passport (Including Biographical Data, Stamps, and K1 Visa)

o    Copy of Marriage Certificate

I have read in multiple cases that while they are not required, they can be beneficial and avoid RFEs. In addition, I experienced no pain when I photocopied two extra sheets of paper and printed the G-325A for my husband that was already complete from when I filed the I-129F.

It plays no roll in receiving RFE or not. You will not get an rfe for something that is not required. I wanted to note for other ppl reading this thread that those documents are not required, to avoid confusion.
