Perfectly normal and perfectly typical. All you can do is wait for your interview to be rescheduled. If you want to be safe, you can still show up on the original interview date to prove that you were there, but the interview had been cancelled. I've heard of people who had their interview cancelled, and thus didn't go, only to receive a denial because "they missed their interview" which was supposed to have been cancelled in the first place. But normally you won't have to do anything but wait to get a new interview letter.

In short; interviews get cancelled and rescheduled all the time.

Thank you so much ill do ur advise

It could have been because of weather, construction, or anything really. Just to play it safe, I'd show up anyways unless you get your rescheduled letter in the mail.

"After i had my intervieuw in 21 feb"

Hey m8, Maybe you should clarify/correct what you said above...

If you HAD your interview on Feb 21st, that's an issue! Because today is only the 7th of Feb!!! So maybe you're back from the future lol ;)

Maybe what you meant to say is that your interview was scheduled for Feb 21, and that you got a letter saying it was cancelled..., which is possible, as someone pointed out, and should be rescheduled soon, but I would still show-up on the 21st, just in case :) Good Luck!
