Mine was received on the 6th, NOA received on the 13 of December.

My application was received by USCIS on Dec 13th 2016. case status shows still processing

which forum did you saw that USCIS is processing 12/13 applications ? Can you please post the links.

I came to know that info from a username John In visajourney.com and the forum name is j1 waiver 2016 I think.  His time line is same as mine so posted here

Thanks for this info. Really useful app.

  i pulled data about 500 cases, only December 13, 2016 case are pending. before this date most of them are approved. Their are about 25 cases received on December 13 that are pending.

Did any one called USCIS TODAY?

I spoke with USCIS VT center and they said that they dont have any processing time right now and they have technical difficulties updating the processing time page and also stated that i-612 application processing time is about 6 month. Let me know if you have any info. Thanks.

I spoke with USCIS VT center and they said that they dont have any processing time right now and they have technical difficulties updating the processing time page and also stated that i-612 application processing time is about 6 month. Let me know if you have any info. Thanks.

Any update guys ? I think USCIS has not received the FR send by DOS for cases after 12/13. Has anyone contacted DOS & have asked to resend favourable reco to USCIS
