How to respond to Form I-797C, Notice of Action

Hi All,

After submitting the wrong fees on January 3:

i-130 (old $420 instead of $535) https://www.uscis.gov/i-130
i-485 (old $1070 instead of $1225) https://www.uscis.gov/i-485

today we got the AOS package back (all forms I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131) with Forms I-797C, Notice of action attached to every of the four forms, which mentions to correct the fees.

Unfortunately the package came in a little wet at the bottom, not significantly.

We were wondering:

1) Should we resend the package as it is with the corrected fees only? or

2) Should we reprint the whole AOS package in the new forms (I read here https://www.uscis.gov/forms/our-fees they say "We will accept prior versions of forms, with the exception of Form N-400, until February 21, 2017."

3) Should we include the forms I-797C in the package, or take them out? There is a green sheet of paper which mentions: "please enclose this letter with your resubmission," but it's not clear if they mean the I-797C or the green sheet of paper.

All advice will be very much appreciated!!!
