We both young, he is 21 and im almost 19. we wanted to get married in italy but they didnt extend his contract so now we opted for a k1 visa, but no one is really helping and the websites say all the same things, but we still lost. we are trying to fill the form i-129f but then? where does he have to send that at? or email it to who? and after that what we have to do? i live in italy but the passport im using is moroccan, and i dont know if this can influence things, if yes how? is there anyone in our same situation who can help us please?

Welcome to VJ.

First off, start here with the guides for the K-1 visa and I-129F petition : http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

You both need to fill out the required forms, sign and date(you the beneficiary can print, sign and scan him a copy, his needs to be all original wet signatures). Then once the packet is completed mail it to the Lockbox in Lewisville, Texas.

The passport shouldn't be any issue as long as you are a legal resident in Italy, you can process through that embassy. If not, then you would need to return and process through the Moroccan embassy, and it is probably a lot better/easier to go through the embassy in Italy I would think.

Note that here is a specific address for sending through a courier such as FedEx or UPS. OP, these addresses are found on the uscis i129f link provided. Courier ofc costs more but is faster and easier to track than USPS (United States Postal Service). Personally don't trust USPS with anything important lol

He is the American / he has to apply for you

You are the beneficiary and can not apply for yourself

He can get help to do this at Fort Bragg thru his commanding officer

This is all in the information provided to you earlier BUT, your fiancè will mail the package - everything together and the payment will be included in the package, check, money order both fine. You can sign, scan and email and he can print, but save all originals for your record.

The i-129f is only for the USC to sign...but other documents are for you. You really need to read and do your research. No one here can give you all the information in one post.

It really isn't that hard. In the beginning it's just a lot of information and that can be a bit overwhelming, but it's not difficult. Just don't get ahead of yourself cause ppl are telling you about things that are down the line. For instance how to pay. You don't need to worry about that until you are ready to send it off. Take it one thing at a time. Make a list of documents that you need to get and that your fiancé needs to get and start working away on those lists. One thing at a time and you'll be great. You can do this. Most ppl on here have done it themselves :)
