@CubaAndChill it's 12:10pm LOL :) I'm in GA :) and ai know what You mean, I am currently with my Fiancè almost 9 months in US on different visas, in 2 weeks I'm coming back to Poland, but I feel like I am leaving my home. We already live together, even have a dog. I am reaaaaaally hopeful to get approval until May this year so I can come back before July... at least I started to think about my dream wedding so that is killing time a bit ;) do You guys think I can take his I-134 Form now with me to Poland and fill the date when its going to be closer to Interview? Ge just got his W2 forms so he is ready to fill 2016 taxes. He is not really good in paperwork, I was pretty much helping him with all the papers for I-129F...

Ahh, the joys of being a woman LOL! Most of the time we seem to be better in organizing and filling out the paperwork, don't we? I'm actually convincing my fiance to give me his birth certificate and single status letter so he doesn't lose them :whistle:... Or maybe I'm just a control freak LOL. I don't see why it would matter if you take the I-134 form with you to Poland and just wait to date it so that it's closer to the interview... I've printed out some of the forms already and future dated some of them too so it'll be closer to the time we send them in. I don't see USCIS or the embassy knowing anything different than what we put on the forms, even if we filled it out 3-5 months in advance and waited to date it.

You're extremely blessed you have been able to spend so much time with your Fiance and know the "married" life before getting married. I'm assuming we'll get NOA2's sometime in May as well, but I've seen Nov filers getting their NOA2's late Jan, so 2.5-3 months seems like the norm right now. You're definitely on the ball with things! Already planning the wedding will kill time for sure! You'll be so worried about the wedding details that these months will fly by!

I too live abroad, but we don't live together for work purposes. Our addresses are too long,so we needed to make a Supplement. In the address line, add See attached Supplement. I can send you my supplement from the G-325a and the I-129F in a private message.

Question..are you the petitioner or the beneficiary?

That would be a great help. ThankYou. I am the benefeciary by the way. :)

You won't need it until the interview, at least I know we need it for Cuba.

He got it early on advice from someone I asked who sent it in with their K-1 application, but all the advice and recommendations on VJ say that you don't need it until the interview, so I'll just have it for safe keeping until the interview since I'll be attending it with him.

OHHHH! I am not sure what to do there. Why are they different? Will you not be in Saudi Arabia (I think that is where you said you were currently) too much longer?

Yeah, this is fine! For us, we are both living abroad and outside of our home countries. We have a mailing address in the US (petitioner's parents), a mailing address in the UK (beneficiary's parents), and a physical residence address in Germany where we're both living. Just be sure to double check you have the right addresses in the right boxes!

Hi February filers,

I am all with you in our patiently waiting period.

My fiance did send our I-129F package on Jan 31 st to Dallas Lockbox and they received it today as USPS tracking shows.

Good luck to all of you and love to stay in contact and hear about all your updates.

Silvia

Me too! I mailed the petition packet on Jan 31st but USPS says that it wasn't picked up until February 6th. Hopefully those NOA1s will be here soon!

Sent in ours today! We meant to send our petition in January, but had to wait a bit due to my missing divorce papers coming a bit later than planned from the DOH. So, fingers crossed. I am a bit nervous...thought I wouldn't be!
