what it is in your view ? what is diffnation for you of it ?

Not cheating.  That seems to be your main focus.  I've been through horrible emotional abuse including things like keeping me from getting a licence, being called stupid, a bad parent, not trusting me to do anything properly, financial abuse, etc.

i have had given her so much money for her car things like that.even she made me gave it to her mom as well, even tho i feel money is ok,"it s not a big part", i did not think it would consider to be in this way, maybe i care less about money part.i have true story that i was always stooped by her to get my driving license, again i have not realize that to consider either.

Show proof she abused you & thats your reason for departing the US ,,,were you scared, had no place to live

told you'd be deported...all these proofs well organized and explained can accompany an overseas petition

to VT with I 192 and fee or fee waiver

Cheating does not count so stop bringing that in

Don't waste your  time telling USCIS about cheating, cause USCIS  clearly states in THEIR VAWA  DENIALS  that cheating  is not abuse.

If she refuses to see you family this is not abuse  it's an unpleasant  marriage like USCIS  says all the time in their decisions.  Prohibiting  you to see your family  is considered "isolation ". ISOLATION  is a pattern of abuse. You  should prove  isolation, control, humiliation, degradation etc.
