Hi, quick question does MC required for ROC or optional? I see some post above sending them too but I didn't see it in the I-751 instructions so I didn't iclude ours. Thank you!

Not required, it's optional.

Congrats to everyone who is getting approved! I hope to send out my RFE package in 2 weeks and hopefully join you all soon.

Question to anyone who might have some insight: I am kind of in a Catch 22 situation because they want to see more financial comingling and shared liabilities but being in the ROC process has put some obstacles on that. My husband is in med school and I am the sole bread winner. He is in need of a private loan to cover some of his expenses but when we applied for the loan with me as a co-signer they rejected it because of my immigration status, so he had to find a different co-signer. Will USCIS consider the application/rejection letters as evidence? I am thinking of sending those anyways.

You should send anything and everything that has both your names and/or address.

If you don't mind me asking, When did you send your package first time? When did you get an RFE?

We sent a copy of ours, although it is not a requirement it's part of the list of evidence that we submitted

NP. I see that you mailed your package and it arrived the next day. What mail service did you use? What date was your earliest filing date?

my earliest filing date is first week of December. I mailed it on 01/17 and after 2 weeks no NOA1 or check cashed. I assume I made an error. And voila, they sent back my application. I received it on 02/02, mailed it the next day via Priority Mail Express next day delivery.
