i submitted my aunty's aos for her daughter in the philippines and nvc received the packet on january 13,2017. my question is, how long until we receive a letter for her daughter's interview schedule?

please help.thank you...?

AOS for the daughter in the Philippines? How can you process adjustment of status for someone who is not yet in the US? Maybe you are pertaining to a petition/ I 130 form? 

AOS/ AED/ AP:

Receipt Date: Sept 2

NOA 1 Date: Sept 12 (received text/email)

NOA 1 copy rcvd: Sept 16

Biometrics Notice Date: Sept 17, received Sept 24

Successful walk-in: Sept 26

Oct 13- Case ready to be scheduled for interview

EAD/AP approved - Nov. 1/2 / Received EAD/ AP Combo Card- Nov. 15

50days from NOA1/ 64 days from receipt date.

January 30-  USCIS Ap update, Interview sched on March 3, 2017

Jan 31 - received USCIS letter/ Notice for interview 

March 3- Interview, approved on the Spot

March 8 - received GC

Dec 2018 - To file ROC

my aunty petitioned her daughter, i only helped her complete her aos and all the supporting documents, i sent it to nvc january 9 and they received it january 13...

I think what they're asking is "What petition did you file?" AOS does not sound like it is correct for your aunt's case.

aww... i thought aos means "affidavit of support" ?? my aunty file a petition for her daughter under category F2A.., she paid everything already, shes only waiting for the daughter's interview schedule since the nvc received her affidavit of support on january 13. sorry guys i i got you confused...☺☺☺

oh Ok, Affidavit of Support is that is. AOS mainly here in the furom is Adjustment of Status. That's fine, no worries. 

 

Manila interview for F2A is around 2-3 months waiting time. She should be recieving a letter from US embassy manila of what to bring during the interview. Just monitor her case via CEAC website.

will her mom receive the same thing also? 

because i remeber when i petitioned my parents, i was the one who received a letter of their appointmnet for interview.but i cant remember if its from nvc or manila us embassy...

Notices are sent to both petitioner and beneficiary. Although of course notices in the Philippines will be received later.
