 Hello all VJers,

Just that, have my American Dreams been crushed? Boy have I chosen the wrong time to make the move to the Great USofA? I don't follow politics and not really educated in politics in general (here in Australia and/or the world politics), I know there is sooo much going on in the world but I honestly just want the world to be happy and a safe place which is clearly asking for too much!

Anyway so now with the New President in tow what does it mean for us DV lottery winners?

I have been approved and have booked my flights for June 15th, my question is....

Once I arrive will I be denied?

Is there a chance I get to Houston International Airport and have border of security say "Sorry but Go home."?

I feel like I should have major concerns other then the normal,
-having to find an apartment
-having to find a job
-getting approval for an apartment

Is there anything else I should be worrying about?

Should I continue to shelter myself from the bad in the world?

Or am I preparing myself for a shitty experience and doomsville?

I'm worried that I'm not worrying about the bigger stuff in life...

I just want to move and be happy...

Haha...

Thanks for listening...

Have a lovely day all!

Not sure you are ready for Trump Land.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
