911 HELP

I submitted everything according to what i jave read on this  site and have spoke to the USCIS PERSONALLY to see what I should submit as far as the publication and the amount. Today I got everything sent back with a rejection letter! Help me! What does this mean? 

 

U.S. citizenship and immigration services is unable to associate your remittance with any application or petition you may have previously submitted. If you forgot to send your remittance with you application package, your package will be returned to you.

Did you file K3 or CR-1?

You send the wrong fee with your application maybe. What did you send and what was the amount on the check?

The person at USCIS told me to submit it for 535 and everything else gets paid at different interval.

CR-1 is $535 indeed. Did you write the check to U.S. Department of Homeland Security?

Please give some more information. Your profile says you filed  for K3, did you? Or did you file CR-1? As K-3 visa's are barely issued anymore.

Cr1, sorry it made me select a topic and I was so flustered and upset that I got a rejection and of course I can't get anyone on the phone right now because they are closed.

Yes, I sent  everything together. They even wrote the date and the amount on the money order.

Did you get the money order you sent with your application back as well?

If not, first check with your bank (or wherever you made your money order from) to see if the money order was cashed and cancel the money order. Send your application again and use personal cheque this time with your application. 

 

They may have lost your money order. This happens sometimes. Make sure you clip everything together well ( I'm sure you may have taken precautions for that for the previous applications, but make doubly sure this time). No time to lose, send your application again right away.

That's the confusing part though. I've never submitted anything else on behalf of my husband and they stay put the money order to the letter when they sent it back. Only thing that's missing from everything that I sent in is the i-130 application itself which after being with my husband for 6 years and trying to figure out what to send in I know I didn't forget to do that.

This is their standard response when they don't find (read they lose) the application with the package. This just means they assume that you sent I-130 with another package and included money order in other package.

 

I suggest you prepare new I-130 and get your husband's signature on it ASAP. Good luck with your journey. Everything will be fine.

Cr1 is not $535.  The I-130 is $535, just to clarify.

I suppose they sent back your entire application. 

Go over your check. and make sure you made no mistake with the date, writing the correct amount on both lines and you wrote the payee as stated in the instructions.
