Middle of July? Damnnn. According to this site we should be getting our noa2 at the end of may which makes it about a 4 month wait. We got our Noa1 ecopy on 01/20/17 but we've been sent to Potomac so it must be processing a fair bit quicker than Nebraska..  I feel for ya

We got Potomac too, and an end may/early June NOA2 estimate on this site. It seems they were generally processing august cases in November, so I was relieved, but then I looked again and it seems for spouses of USC, they were only processing June cases in November! :(

13-Mar-18 - POE

27-Apr-18 - Green card received

13-Jan-20 - Mailed out I-751 packet

15-Jan-20 - NOA date

12-Feb-20 - Biometrics appt completed; Status: Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken

07-Oct-20 - Case ready to be scheduled for interview

06-Jul-21 - Interview scheduled

I saw that too on the USCIS website... It was definitely a little disheartening but I guess at this stage we just don't know how things will go, all we can do is hope for a speedy process through USCIS and on to NVC ^_^ and if I don't hear anything for at least 4 months then I will be happy because it at least means I won't have an RFE! keeping my fingers crossed for a miracle

Did anyone use a lawyer or go through an agency to file their i-130? We did it ourselves and totally front loaded our case... Fingers crossed!

That's true. We did ours on our own too. I'm a little anxious about RFEs, but I think we gave it all we had!

That is the right thing to do. A lawyer really can't help you on this journey. All he does is things you can do easily your self.

My case is pretty much complete but I will subscribe here and don't be afraid to quote me with any questions I will help you all as much as I can. Best of luck .. Remember be patient this sometimes requires a sacrifice of time and money.

Itll be worth it for you all though. I'm here to help.

We did ours on our own as well! When we looked at how much a lawyer would cost beginning to end it was $1000's! Definitely not an option for us lol. But there is so much material and samples out there (all of which I utilized :P) that I feel pretty confident in our submission! We added a few additions of evidence proving a bona fide marriage too.
