Yes you can file for ROC (Removal of Conditions) with a divorce waiver, but will need to show you entered into the marriage in good faith.

Did you/ are you still living together and can you prove that via the address on your drivers licence, joint bills etc?

Can you prove co-mingling of finances (joint bank accounts and bills, being eachother's next-if-kin at work and on life insurance etc)?

Would she and/ or her family be willing to write letters to explain what happened?

No, you need to file RoC either within the 90 days before it expires or when you become divorced, whichever comes first

Go to marriage counselling, she cheated on you ......you will not be the first to experience such and still have a long lasting relationship.  If she does not go, you should see someone anyway.

Cheating needs more than just alcohol, a moment or revenge reason to happen.

It will look 100% better for you if you are "low" on proof.
