I'm more baffled by the TsZZd at the top....is it robot speech?

OHHHH is it supposed to be USSA as in some kind of crude reference to the USSR? Mehhhhhhh. -_-

Yep, that baffled me as well.  I love it when tolerant people misuse other languages and alphabets.  I think it shows how educated they are.

I think it would be nice to create a meme that would actually use the proper words and that someone could read.  TeYaF(there is no character "L" in the Cyrillic alphabet)FOI?  What the heck is that?  Shouldn't it be Трйллйон?

The meme was not made for a Russian audience. If it was, I'm sure they would have used the Cyrillic alphabet.

I thought it was pretty straight forward.  Interesting the guy who always claims to be "just joking" can't take one very well.

I am not a big fan of taking another language and butchering it.  Besides, it makes the meme seem very ignorant.  Sort of like using name calling of which also gets to me no matter how funny it was expected to be.  Makes the person doing the name calling to appear ignorant or lacking education.

Are we this sensitive when English is butchered in the same way?

Yes.  I always cringe when I get emails from professional colleagues that are totally lacking in grammar or use words in the wrong context.  Now as I am an engineer, this happens often as many engineers failed English and grammar.

Agreed.  Some others I have are its, it's (how hard is it ask the question "it is"), and anyone that uses an "s" on the end of words like forward, or toward.

As you recognized, it's not actually the Cyrillic alphabet. A picture for an American audience using the correct Cyrillic alphabet would likely not have the intended effect, as Americans are generally not familiar with the Cyrillic alphabet. As to the intent of the picture, I am OK with it.

I find your faux concern very informative. Very obvious that every post here is mocking how poorly the coin was made and how poorly his appearance was rendered on the coin. Check your own hypocrisy.

Ohhh, don't even pretend to be above it all.  Small hands, hair, facial expressions... I have seen you making fun of him many times.  But nice attempt at saving face...

People in this forum butcher the English language on a daily basis, yet you get wound up about the misuse of the Cryllic alphabet?
