Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed but not received yet

I had naturalization interview on 01/06/2017 (Fairfax, VA) and on 01/08/2017 case status was changed to 'Oath ceremony notice was mailed'. However, I am yet to get the mail. I found some forum discussion where some cases where it took more than 2 weeks to get mail. 

 

Is this normal? If not what would be my options. Please suggest.

Give them a call,, my wife had this problem but we just waited after they told us to call toward the end of January and they will fax it us but we got it though.. you might have to check my topic and ue the dates to determine yours but i will suggest you call and ask for a supervisor

Thank you shefe. I will give a call tomorrow. It has been now 3 weeks. In uscis case status site, it says, "If you do not receive your notice by February 4, 2017, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice."

 

Do you think, it is better to wait until Feb 4 and call if I still do not receive it by that date or call asap?

No call and demand for a supervisor and demand for a fax copy ..  the supervisor told us to call back around 20, 21 22 of jan if we dot get the actual copy but we got it her oath was jan 26th

Today, my case has been updated to different date. It say now, 'Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by March 1, 2017.....'.  I listened through the automated telephone system and it said, they mailed the notice via mail today. SMH. Really confused.
