Why is USCIS website not updating the dates? 

For CSC, it still says the date as August 16, 2016!!! it cannot be this long in the past. 

 

Does anyone have an idea why isnt USCIS updating the processing times? I read somewhere that they update it on 15th of every month.

Processing times change all of the time, just because the time has recently been very fast does not mean it was always this way or that it will always be this way. A few years ago K1 petition processing times were close to 9-12 months at certain service centers. Now all petitions are being processed via the CSC. The USCIS reported date is generally behind the actual processing time frame. Note that you will not be able to put in a service request on your case until the USCIS reported date is after your PD.
