Please give me some advice, We checked my status at the ceac tracker and the status said "ready" , I even received an email from IVMNLAppointments@state.gov on January 10, 2017 stating that I need to schedule my visa interview appointment, isn't  it the USembassy manila will be the one sending the date of my medical and interview schedule?or should I just schedule an appointment by myself and go to St. Lukes for my medical? I am just a little bit confused coz the lady that lives in our place got an email of her interview and medical schedule directly from the US embassy. The embassy received my case on January 03, 2017 and send me an email last january 10, 2017. But I dont know what to do.. Please help
