is there any possibility that immigration reform bill 2017 introduced and passed by both congress and senate  in trump first 100 days?

Sure. I personally think it's unlikely that any significant immigration reform will come in 2017 alone, but it is possible. Only the DACA repeal/changes piece is something that I believe has a decent shot of happening within the first 100 days. But that's just my guess on the political climate...nobody can predict the future.

But what about visa bulletin (family based) will it be increased /reduced?

Yes, it can be. No, I don't think it's likely that Trump or the Senate + House will go out of their way to delve into any details of immigration. At legislature pace, having that within a year would be amazing even without the other bucket load of items on their plate that they've promised to tackle. Again, this is just my personal opinion.

It's more likely that Blake Lively will divorce Ryan Reynolds and announce her engagement to me than you will see any kind of meaningful immigration reform under Trump. 

 

You'll see the end of DACA - perhaps even on his first day in office - and not much else. 

 

It wouldn't surprise me if Republicans tried to gut H-1B visas at some point, too.

DACA to be chopped and certainly the H1b needs reform, some of this he could do by Executive Action.

I would think that healthcare reform would come before immigration reform. since it effects more people more directly.

None whatsoever. 

 

Republicans aren't going to enact any meaningful immigration reform. If anything, they will create more roadblocks and make the process more complex and laborious, not less. 

 

And you can certainly forget about any kind of amnesty for those already illegally present in the US.

 

The next four years promises to be a rough ride for immigrants of all stripes: legal, undocumented, present on nonimmigrant visas, or anything else. 

 

January 2018, when I become eligible to file my N-400, cannot come soon enough.

I agree that the Illegal , DACA and others will change. Employment based will be another that will be overhauled to make sure companies can't play the system or grey areas anymore. Family based i could see changing based on green card holders bringing family but unlikely in my opinion. US citizens bring spouses or family i think is highly unlikely, some of these would have voted for trump.

The main focus is going to be on the people who have no claim to be here, a green card holder / perm resident is paying tax and putting money into the system. We don't have access to public funds etc.

I am more worried about the ignorant employers / employees that don't understand the way it works legally than immigration reform.

Not very familiar with that Visa type but as i said I could see the quotas change or other more stringent checks making the wait time longer. As a greencard holder and a contributing member to society who could become a voting member of the public in the future, i cannot see to much being changed if anything at all. The main focus is going to be on immigration fraud and the whole tinderbox about illegals.
