Good day, i would like to ask something about the affidavit of support, my husband got 2 kids but not living with him but he was required by the law to send the child support every month. In the affidavit of support are we going to count them in the household size? Thank you.

Yes, even if he's not paying child support for them he still has to count them. He has to put all children that he knows of under the age of 18, whether they live with him or not.
