Good morning, it's been awhile since I've been on, I hope that everyone is doing well. I have a question, my Mother in Law has moved here with us and has a 10 year green card. She is curious if she can collect her Ukrainian pension here. Does anyone have experience with this?

Thanks

Citizens of counfries which have a bilateral Social Sceurity agreement with the USA may have access to their non USA pension under the arrangements  of each country's  agreements..

Do  a search on the Social Securify website  for  International programs Totalization Agreements   to find the current list.

Also, you need to look into the Ukraine restrictions for claiming a pension when residing overseas,.
