I am a legal permanent resident and married to a US citizen. I am planning to get a US tourist visa for my minor kids to visit on their school vacation. Do you think I will have a good chance to get them a tourist visa? They are not going to stay long because they need to go back before the school resumes.

Could be difficult. USCIS will likely look at it as you are going to use the tourist visa to immigrate them. You are the kids strongest tie to stay in the US, NOT to return to their country.

Right, maybe I should just try. I know it will cost money but that's the only way.
