Hello. My AOS and EAD packet was sent on DEC.31,2016 at CHICAGO,IL just got worried because everytime i track my packet in USPS its still AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP. Is it normal? Please enlighten me. Thanks

If I were you, I would call USPS asap to know why that is because it is very unusual. It could be that they USPS is (mistakely) keeping the package for pick up which will never happen! So call usps asap to see what is going on.

How many weeks usually the USCIS recieved the mail

Depends on which postage you used. Priority mail usually takes about 3 to 5 days.

Not sure, but when I've seen "available for pickup" on tracking for online orders, etc I get (like from Amazon or something) that means that means that the label was created and it's just sitting at the original USPS office, hasn't actually gone anywhere yet...

You should go in ASAP.

I used US POSTAL SERVICES   (USPS) DELIVERIES

Yea I know. Did you use the priority mail, express mail, registered mail or just regular mailing services? Usually regular mail takes about 5 to 10 days. The bottom like is for you to call USPS and find out what is going on.

Oh, that's not what I was thinking. If it shows as delivered that's good. It can be another 2 weeks before you receive your NOAs. (Mine took 12 business days)

I think your package has been delivered.  All you need to do is wait for uscis to catch your checks and send you NOA. It takes about 2 to 3 weeks. Longgggggg wait!
