In need of Address of DHS

My PD is feb. 2011. My mother became US citizen in October 2016. I notified NVC( via their website : ask NVC) of the change and requested to opt out of F1 and remain in my current category F2B.

I received an email from NVC this week saying I need to send a written request to DHS: Dept.of Homeland Security, in order for me to remain in F2B category.

in the response of NVC, it said "In order to obtain approval to opt-out and remain in the F2B preference category, the principal applicant must contact the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The principal applicant's letter should request the benefits of the opt-out provision.  Please note that opt-out provisions are administered solely by DHS."   NVC did not include in their response a specific address of DHS: which center?

or office? Zip code? City?. I don't know where to send my opt out letter !!!

if you have gone through this before or you have any idea regarding this question. Please do not hesitate to share it with me . Thanks in advance .

probably to the same place where your original application was sent since it will be considered an addendum to it. or google dhs opt out f2b.
