After the divorced I haven't changed my name back to my maiden name.Until now I am still using my ex-husband's last name. I was thinking, it will be changed again when my fiance and I get married hence the delay. My question is Can I have it done all at once when we get married and I will be able to use  maiden name as my middle name instead of his(ex-husband's) last name? Hoping somebody can share information on this.Thank you.

I kept my married name after my divorce. I am well-known in my region and have used this name for 15 years. It just wasn't practical to change my business card, work email address, drivers license, etc. knowing full well I was going to change it again with my future spouse. One change is enough so I'll do it when we marry!

It shouldn't be a problem at all to use your maiden as your middle, unless you were filling out some kind of legal form and needed your full birth name.
