When my husband turns citizen

can he petition his parents like send in fee and I-130 forms ASAP?

or will he need to present passport bio-data to prove hes a citizen?

is the US passport required?

hi

he can send a copy of his citizenship certificate,  each petition is filed separately

so once he has his oath ceremony and becomes a USC, he can file immediately

he will also need copy of birth certificate, copies of his parents marriage certificate for each petition and if they aren't in English, a translation into English attached to each document, and a separate payment for each form

Thank u so much for ur reply.

also G325As right? Back when i had to petition my husband in 2012 i remember i had to put a passport bio-data like scan my passport is that required for my husband when he petitions his parents? Or the citizenship certificate will be just fine?

im just nervous with the whole petition thingy again since its 2 separate petitions. I know how scary it can be especially when u forget the smallest evidence or detail to check a box on the form, uscis will delay the process. It sucks.

But were still on the n400,

right now his case status says CASE IN LINE FOR INTERIEW since dec 7. Its been a month now, should i be worried no updates ?
