A female USA citizen was a Widow for 5 years with 3 minor children. She could not work due to responsibilities at home for her kids. She received "Survival social security" benefit payment for the 3 kids after her husband passed away.

She also had Life insurance and received a settlement , which producing a monthly interest that she withdraw to add to her SSI for financial survival.

We are now married and I am a Canadian Citizen, willing to Immigrate to USA to join her.

She is a 4 people house hold and with me it will be a 5 person for the Immigration process and the Poverty guide line has $35,500 for qualification.

She files Tax for a Yearly $7,500 income from Interest + her Insurance settlement is at $125,000 at the end of Dec 31, 2015.

She has a Car worth $12,000 and I also have a car worth about $5,000 now.

I have already prepared I-130 and wondering if someone with a good heart can advise if she will qualify to sponsor me please and how to fill out the Finance portion in he I-846.

Thank you kindly.
