Okay, this may be a dumb question, but here goes. I am helping my fiance fill out the I-485, I am the US citizen. When it comes to the portion where we need to fill out his current spouse's information, which would be me, do I list my new married name or my maiden name?

What's your legal name?  Did you change it after marriage?  If yes, then put that name.  There is a place for maiden name.
