Checked luggage?

Hey all

 

So the big day is coming pretty soon and my POE will be Montreal.

I will have one big luggage and a small carry-on.

Regarding the big one, am I supposed to check it(give to airline company) at the same time I do my check-in(before customs), or bring it to the customs in case they want to see anything in it(never know hehe) and register it later another way.

Do they allow big luggage ? I know that the luggage should be ( height + weight + length )= 150 cm

Yes you check your bag as normal for flying to the USA at that airport. Each does it a little different.

Checking your luggage will be the same procedure as just visiting, although some elect to keep an inventory sheet of what's in the luggage with them just in case they're questioned about it. I didn't do this, but they didn't seem to care for me, either.

Just follow the normal check-in procedure.  If they want to see what's in your bag, they can do that at the time of immigration.  Do be sure to allow plenty of time, however, before flying out!
